Legally certified digital signature
The eSaw integration is the efficient and easy way to ensure that the digital signature used by the end customer to formalize the contract complies with European legislation and, through the presence of a trusted third party – Namirial * – that the information collected during the signature itself is credible in the event of a dispute between the sales company and the customer.
Digitization of sales online and at point of sales
eSaw supports the digitization of sales both online, with a strong focus on the customer experience thanks to the different signature methods available (click-to-sign, draw-to-sign, type-to-sign/OTP and more), and at physical branches, through the implementation of the graphometric signature process with a tablet that allows the dematerialization of the sales documents at the origin.
